It depends on what kind of "freeze" you mean. If you just want to stop a lion from aging to save their lifespan, just put them on an account and don't roll it.

If you mean the in-game mechanic of freezing where a lion cannot breed, hunt, etc. etc. ever again, then there are a few things.

The Turritopsis Jellyfish in Oasis freezes an adolescent or adult lion only.
The simple "Jellyfish" item is for cubs only, and it's a prize from the Slot Machine in the games.
And then there's a Canopic Jellyfish from the June event. It will bring back a deceased lion from your dynasty and freeze it.
