Milky Way is a Black Dark Countershaded Special Base (here shown with Lilac skin and Stellar eyes) and is bound to Dusky skin.
This is specifically meant to be a combo base for some of our favorite july raffle bases, Dawn/Stratosphere x Leonid/Prismatic
but per requests Rhubarb and Maroon have been added to the combo factors as well.
If this base ever gets added please don't make it limited to July :(

(probably gonna redo this to make it look closer to Leonid/Demiurge's star pattern)


Or perhaps you would prefer it without the star pattern? (ngl I like it more)


Here an example how it can look with a Briar Shaded Rosette and a Pie!



I would also love to make some Milky Way markings (since we have so few purple ones), so what marking shapes would you like to see with this base?
