Pin, Pinspot, Dotted? Not quite sure what to suggest as the name. But here it is! A suggestion for the markings for Jaglions. :3 Something to feature the 'stripey' spots they typically feature as well as the little dots they typically have inside their rosettes.  Shown on Matangazo Base  Shown on Sterling base! The marking would feature a darker shading over the base so it matches the pelt pattern better? That way it would work nicely with any coat color and still feature the 'darker' insides that Jaguars typically have! :3 Click here for Matangazo suggestion! |

Technically jaguar marks are also called rosettes. I firgured they would just do mottled shaded rosette for jagleon but this is also pretty. A bit heavy on opacity for it to be a mottled mark though  3 players like this post! Like? |

I never thought about it just being called mottled shaded rosette.  I wanted to differentiate since we technically have mottled and shaded. Aha! Combining works, I think.  Definitely! I should've done some fading at the edges but it was quite a quick mock-up. ;0; I like the idea of it darkening over any base though as mottled tends to be pretty brown-hued (understandably!) and looks a little off on certain colors of bases. 1 player likes this post! Very nice mockup! The chest area is too busy to me and could use a bit more varitaion between fine spots and big ones, but otherwise this is completly solid 1 player likes this post! Like? |

These look awesome, but i think its going to be a Mottled Panther mark because we have panther marks already and they're named after "Panthers/Black Panther/Jaguar". I really hope i am wrong though because these look awesome 3 players like this post! Like? |

I feel like a mottled panther wouldn't make sense. As it is, the panter marks don't function how rosettes or mottled stripes do, and they don't really look like jaguar markings anyway(the panther marking being more subtle than jaguar rosettes IRL) 3 players like this post! Like? |

Thats a really good point, I think it will be a different type of panther mark, like a more vivid detailed version of it. There are a couple different stripe markings, to my knowledge its only the tigon specific stripe that passes differently and rosettes are there own deal as well. I personally feel like it would be strange for the third hybrid to not have its own specific class of markings as both leopon and Tigon have their own. 4 players like this post! Like? |

There aren't really any markings similar to mottled stripes(besides mottled fissures, which is the inverted version of mottled stripes, but there aren't any different colours of mottled stripes like there are rosettes, to my sadness lol) But yeah I agree that the jaglions should have their own exclusive marking!
