So, to those who have experienced the submission process of custom decors, i want to ask this of you. Would you like to know how custom decor approvals go about? Would you like to know if your submission of several or so days/weeks has even been looked at? well, this is my suggestion for all that. (Also I'm aware of the "pending" status, but it's either pending or approved, from what I've seen, which isn't helpful)

I propose we have clarity on what the actual process of approvals are. Are they looked at in order? Why do some take longer than others? How can one submission still be pending when a submission posted after it has been approved? I think clarifying the process could help ease any confusion or frustration from members. And if there ISNT a system, i think we deserve to know that.

Secondly, i propose we add a broader status to custom decors that are pending. It would help us know if our submission has been looked at, if its pending approval, if its being passed for a second look etc. This would, for me at least, bring me some ease to at least know its been looked at.

As well, i wish we had an open line of communication to the members of staff looking at our submissions!
