Your email is NOT collected, but please fill out the form only TWICE: Once for your main's ID, and once for your alt's ID if you have one. You can pick which sorts of lions you'd like to be considered for!

HOW IT WORKS:
Every time I have a lion to give away, I'll take a look through the form and roll a random number generator to decide the winner. Once you have filled out the form once, you will ALWAYS be considered for giveaways! If you'd ever like to opt out or change your answers, this form is EDITABLE so you are free to check and uncheck what you'd like to be considered for.
