Hello! I don't think this type of art is allowed, as, quote "We do not expect all submissions to be sterling art quality but we request that users refrain from submitting MS-Paint or pixeled images, or from submitting art that generally does not fit the quality expected on Lioden. We ask that users try to match Lioden's art style by adding shading and fine lineart. Pixelated effect and sharpness is a big issue - often not visible on tablet devices, so we advise making sure the art is soft enough when compared to the lions - we do allow about 5-10% of some pixelation issues in the artwork, due to technical limitations." i believe your art does not follow this.
