The same as I stated on dA, which are the following:

Can do:

- can use the base for selling adopts - for in-game currency and real money
- can use the base for references
- can be mixed with other lines if the creators of the other lines agree to it
- can draw add-ons to the base
- can shade the base

Cannot do:

- cannot claim the base as your work - therefore you cannot remove the signature.
- cannot re-sell the base.
- cannot send it into sim games, like Howrse to be as an official coat/game element or use it as a contest material (DTIYS and such.)
- don't use it for works that promote violent things, like gore and other NSFW pieces. Don't use this base to hurt others in any way.

As a f2U base, anyone can use the base for adops or ref pieces if follow the rules. :3
