I had a look at your code (the one with the pink background) and I noticed around four br tags that are creating the space. It could be because you have pressed enter a couple of times in your Territory Description, while you are writing up the code.

(If however, this doesn't seem to be the problem for you, you could work around with margin to push the rest of the elements below the custom box up.)
