If you want to buy in IRL currency, adopts can be purchased on Ko-Fi Shop If you're on toyhouse and want the character design transferred to you on there, please let me know your TH username so I can transfer them! (Like my bases? You can buy them on my Ko-Fi Shop too!) Adopts (none right now) TERMS OF USE You receive: - the character design - non-commercial rights to use the design - a low resolution version of the reference without the sample text overlay, for using publicly online - a high resolution version of the reference without the sample text overlay, for private use e.g. for sending to artists for commissions This means the character is yours - you can draw them, commission other artists to draw them, make a costume out of them, whatever you like! The only restrictions are as follows: The artist's works (designs, illustrations et cetera) may be freely printed & reproduced for personal, non-commercial use. For information about commercial licensing, please contact the artist. Removal or hiding of the artists original credit/watermark on the artwork is prohibited. The artist must be credited as the creator of the original artwork image where ever the original artwork is displayed, via a link back to the artist's website: club-galaxy.weebly.com Premade designs may be modified as desired by the recipient so long as the original artist is credited as the designer. Designs may not be resold for more than purchase price unless additional art featuring the design has been created or commissioned. If additional art has been created or commissioned, the design may be resold at a price reflecting the value of the additional art. Works are not to be used for dissemination or promotion of illegal or hateful content. Works are not authorized for use in or promotion of any blockchain or cryptocurrency based operations (tokens, NFTs et cetera) and minting of the work is not permitted under any circumstances. Any use of the design found to breach these conditions will be subject to immediate DMCA takedown notice. Base Terms of Use

WHAT YOU GET:
- TXT file containing the terms of use.
- PSD file containing base.

Before purchasing please make sure you are able to use these file types.

PSD files can be opened by many art programs including photoshop, clipstudio paint, sai, ect.

I will not answer questions on how to use this base with ANY programs as I am not tech support for any programs and likely don't know how to use most programs.

HOW TO USE:
- Create a backup copy of the file in case you need it
- Open file with your editing program
- select which layers you would like to use
- merge your line layers
- set lineart to 'multiply' mode
- colour on layers under the lines

TERMS OF USE:
Credit must be given for the use of this base when uploading online via link back to my website: club-galaxy.weebly.com

By purchasing this base you have purchased the right to do the following:

- use the base to make personal characters references
- use the base to make free gifts for others references
- use the base to make adoptables (for free, for trade, or for sale) references
- edit/add things to the base

You may not:

- Sell adoptables made using this base for more than 30GBP (or equivalent in your currency) each, unless extra art is included
- use this base without purchasing the licence to do so
- use this base for other paid work outside of references, including but not limited to: illustrations, graphics, emotes, etc.
- resell/redistribute/share the base files (even after altering)
- claim as your own
- use this base in base packs
- erase or cover my credit from the image (you may move the credit to another location in the image as long as it is still clearly visible)

Please respect the terms of use. Breaking of the terms of use will result in the loss of rights to use the base in any way, DMCA takedown notices will be sent where appropriate, and no refund shall be given.

As this sale is for a digital product, no refunds can be given as there is no way to ensure use of the product does not continue after a refund has been given. Thank you for your understanding.
