Alright, everyone here? let the story begin:

A couple days ago I received a rescue, She's very big and very dangerous. I'm showing my family around and I say "You can pet any of the other horses, not that one. She is incredibly dangerous and untrained." My family says they understand. I go inside my feed room to get my horse's grain. Then I heard a scream. Can anyone guess what happened? My cousin let their energetic kid into the dangerous horse's field. The kid ran up behind the horse, spooked it, and got kicked. After I said to my family "Hey see that big horse? Stay away she'll kill you" The horse didn't kick the kid that hard, the child is fine. But my family is pissed at me because its somehow my fault. Everyone left, took their things and gifts (Including gifts for me and from me) and drove away, back to Canada.

My sister works at a shelter and deals with idiot a-holes like that all the time. You did nothing wrong. It was all them in the wrong im sorry you have to go through this

Sun.. im so sorry thats terrible! That was not your fault at all! They heard the warnings.. and let the kid near the horse? To be honest, the kid probably shouldn't have been near any horse.

it's not really the kid's fault, they're 5, they didn't know what would happen. It's my damn cousin's fault she opened the gate and told the kid she could play with the horse

well... why let them in at all, no matter the horse. But yeah, my cousins 35 and rode horses for 10 years, she knew what could happen...

Is irresponsible to let a child near any horse, As a rider she should know that.

Well, alone, those are large powerful animals and even with the most friendly horse.. I feel like it's still irresponsible to let a kid near one alone.
