— Oh, yes, of course, — Mora came closer, so Thorn could lean on her. Her wounds were already much better, so she could be a good help.

— As you all know, those two young cats, — Sparrowstar pointed at her and Thorn as soon as they joined gathering. — Are here because they expressed a wish to join our clan. Though there were some complications, I decided that they can be trusted and can become a part of WindClan. We'll have another gathering tomorrow to decide who will mentor them. Till it you can use this time to get used to your new clanmates, — it was said in a way, that leader's words were adressed to clan cats and Thorn and Mora at the same time.
Mora wasn't pleased with how quickly the gathering ended, though she could understand Sparrowstar's point. Thorn was not in a good form, so there was no sense in giving him a mentor right now.

Thorn just grunted — Did I have to vome here just to show them we are here? I didn't want to leave the nest or anything it is any time soon. It was comfortable. Can we finally go back? — He rolled his eyes, clearly annoyed by pain and any activities that include moving any inch of his body.

Mora just sighed. She kinda understood the point in making this short gathering, but it was so irritating. Why were they forced to show? Just for those two minutes.
— A familiar sight. Our boss at work always does the same: he gathers us for like three minutes to remind about iur duty and stuff like this, — she said, heading towards the medicine cat's den.

Mora also noticed a "strange" way Thorn said this. It was really looking like this. They had no idea what they were doing here, and she herself started acting like they would be there for quite a while if leaving at all. Something of a coping mechanism? Probably.

Place, where Kay lived, made Mora to look at him surprised.

-- Are twins something like a common curse? -- she asked jokingly, making herself comfortable in the den's nest. -- I also used to live with twins, my aunt's daughter and son. They were such a menace. They are just two years younger than me, so now, as I know, they are much calmer. Or at least they are like this when we meet at family gatherings. And you know? I think they will be the only ones from people I know to believe this crazy story. As if now I see: they make round eyes, look at each other, and run away to write a fanfic or something. And they fight over who will be the author and co-author, -- Mora let out a giggle. She misses them. Even though the twins were sometimes annoying and hyperactive, she couldn't find a better company in her school years. She just couldn't really fit in with other kids.
