Hi!! Here's my entry, I tried to keep it as loyal as I could to your description
I also didn't knew ab the budget so I tried to keep it as affordable as possible:p


《Wardrobe》

Basics:
•1• Base: Ardor= Ardor Elegance= Flirt Shop 150 HS
•2• Mane Length: Hellraiser= Invocation= TC 3gb
•3• Mane Color: Demonic= Demonic Mane= Branches 3gb
•4• Skin: Doubloon= TC 1gb
•5• Eyes: Fierce Green= Branches 1gb
•6• Pose: Evil= Oasis 1gb
•7• Mutation: M.o.D: Patches - Fissure= TC 60gb (U can use whichever u want :p)

Markings:(I have to admit that some of em are kinda expensive) (also consider moving the markings one or two slots above)
•1• Ember Dim: Burning Embers= TC 1gb
•2• Brimstone Inverted Brindle: Brimstone Imprints= TC 800sb or 1gb
•3• Blood Moon Reverse Vitiligo Mash: TC 8gb (it also looks cool without it)
•4• Bloodbourne Vitiligo: Bloodbourne Stains= Branches 16gb (Negotiate)
•5• Demonic Rogue: Demonic Imprints= TC 90HS
•6• Windfall Vitiligo: TC 35gb 💀 Branches 28gb
•7• Seal Soft Rosette: TC 300sb to 2gb (can also be any other dark soft or shaded Rosette, as long as it's on slot 8-10 or up)

Decor:
•1• Expression: Panting [White Chin]= TC (bulk, most likely 2gb)
•2• Expression: Smirk= TC 2gb
•3• Shiny Rock Septum Ring [White]= Monkey Business
•4• Leather Collar= Slap Shop 15 HS
