I keep breeding to studs with so many markings in hopes of getting cubs with the same but am getting cubs with one or two. Is that luck of the draw? Or something that I’m doing wrong? 0 players like this post! Like? |

Hi there! It is simply the luck of the draw. The only way to raise your chance at passing a marking would be to breed two lions with the same marking in the same slot, or use a lioness with little to no markings Here's the pass rates chances when breeding two lions together : Both lions, same marking : 75% One lion, no marking in other lion's slot : 50% One lion, different marking in other lion's slot : 25% each marking *Edit : I noticed that you seem to be breeding rosettes as well, if you're not aware; rosettes have a different passing rate than regular markings. There's isn't a published pass rate for rosettes as far as I'm aware, but it's very low. (Somewhere around 3%) If you're naturally trying to pass down a rosette, your best bet will be to breed to a lioness with no marking in that slot since a regular marking have 25% chance against the 3% chance of the rosette 0 players like this post!
