Leon laughed, a full loud, startling laugh. “I’m glad you finally figured out the difference. Do you happen to need anything more for your injury? I can see if there are any herbs nearby. I know your friend probably helped a little, but I can find some extra stuff.” He offered lightly. “Being all alone out here you get quite the understanding of what can help.”

"you'd need an injury before you learn to fix them..." She muttered, "My arm is fine- so long as it's wrapped and protected from infection. Less you can pull a sewing needle and threat out of your pockets." She crossed her arms, she didn't care for his humor, and she wouldn't admit it, but his help could be useful.

Leon hummed thoughtfully again, digging in his pockets. When they came up empty he shrugged. “Sorry, guess I haven’t got either of those things. But, I can find a thorn and some really strong, really thin vines. On second thought, you probably don’t want those.” He tapped his foot, thinking. “There might be a human civilization somewhere back in that direction, but I really couldn’t tell you just how far it is.” He pointed a thumb over his shoulder. “It might not be worth it to head back that way.”

He nodded. “That’s understandable.” He replied in their responses to not share their stories yet. When Roxanne spoke to the other girl, Sophia, Leon guessed to be her name, he shifted on his feet again. He had kinda thought these two were already traveling together. But, now he’d know for sure.

“Sure, I can travel with you if you don’t mind. I haven’t got any destinations currently. Three is better than two.” He grinned at the two of them. This should be fun. It had been awhile since he traveled alongside another group.
