Hey guys, so I thought of another idea to overhaul the search options in trades and how trades work. I made a post earlier talking about how search options could be overhauled sitewide, but this suggestion is a bit beefier so I decided to make a separate post.

ANYWAY ONTO THE SUGGESTION.

I propose to add the ability to set any lioden item as the buyout price for a trade, as opposed to only being able to set a gb/sb amount as a buyout and having to otherwise specify specific items in a text box below.

This could work for any buyout trades, lions, beetles, items etc.... but I am proposing just for now a mockup of what this could look like in the item trade section.

Example of what trade options might look like with this feature if a player were to search for Lion Meat in exchange for their Grain of Paradise (note I have no idea if this is a fair trade, just using an example, shh):



The trade option showing two GOPs would mean that the buyout price is 2 GOPs.

Note: this is JUST a mockup of the features I'm suggesting, I realize that this method could get a bit convoluted and there may need to be different way to convey the buyout price, perhaps with text instead.

ADDITIONAL FEATURES.

- One would not be forced to fill in any/all of the search options, that could remain as usual.
- You CAN however, just specify either what you're offering or what you're looking for and not the other.
- You DONT have to have the item/currency amount in your hoard to be able to search for trades with a buyout price of it.
