We have Yohimbe barks, which decreases the waittime by 1 day. Do you mean an item that would allow the lioness to go into heat after she is too old to have natural heats?

I'd say no, mostly because we already have items that do the same thing in similar ways, plus, after i think 15 years a lioness cant breed anymore, anymore pass the lion will die from old age, plus either way the devs wont be willing to do that anyhow, they'd have to boost the age up of when a lioness dies from old age more, it just doesnt seem to fit correctly with that

I'm talking about when their 13 to fit in 1 more heat because at age 13 they have the ability to not breed anymore

No support unfortunately, we have plenty of items that assist with making breeding faster/cooldowns shorter (IBFs, yoh barks like a few other players have said, and I'm sure there's more but I don't use a lot of breeding items.) Having ANOTHER would likely just crash the market a little and make all these other items less desired if we had an item that just immediately gave a lioness a heat. And we do have the "too old to breed" age for a reason, if we had no limit or were able to keep pushing that limit, that would also likely crash the market a little for valuable lions like RLCs and hybrids, since you'd just be able to keep breeding them over and over.
