when they got to the bar, shadow and python sat down next to eachother at the bar-table thingy, getting some shots for both of them, and mawce :3

mawce sat down on the other side of the table mumbling to himself. once the shots were at the table he downed it right away

awce ordered a few more rounds and quickly downed each of them, eventually he ended up fucking wasted, "ill be back yall, gotta go do somethin" he slurred before getting up from the table and walking out of the bar

"be careful" python said, before turning back to shadow and talking to him about some progress he got about shadow company n stuff, taking some more shots

mawce just stumbled into the woods. he didn't know how deep he was in there or where he was when he started to hear some rustling around him. suddenly he was knocked down on the ground, he was pinned down snarling and bitting at whatever was on him, it smelled human. he heard a feminine voice telling the human to let mawce go, she sounded excited. when mawce looked up he saw a slightly familiar feline face, he couldn't see the rest of her body features as it was covered by a dark cloak "mawce?" mawce recognized the voice "sibbs?" he smiled and almost started crying as he quickly stood up and ran over wrapping her in a hug

mawce let go of sibby still drunk off his ass and sluring "where have you been, I just- I've missed you.." sibby smiled "oh mawce, I've been out looking for you" mawce noticed she was different than she used to be, I mean of course shes different. its been over 10 years since he's seen her
"how did you escape those horrible humans" she spoke softly as if trying to lure mawce into a false since of security
"I didn't, they treat me like I'm one of them" mawce sounded a bit offended. "come back to the base with me, I can show you."
sibby looks over at him suspiciously "not yet, you seem... off, come with me for now. we can wait til you seem... better" she turned and started walking away as mawce walked close behind her

shadow could hear something come from the woods, he could smell mawce's tracks, and something felt off...
he didn't like that so he told python to follow him into the woods, making it very clear to stay quiet
then they both ran into the woods, python having his gun unholstered, they eventually found mawce and sibby, hearing their voices clearly, shadow didn't like sibby. he still decided to keep quiet though, watching them
python stayed further behind, knowing if he walked any closer he's alert the other hybrid

mawce just walked with sibby until they reached an old abandoned building. "this has been where we have been staying for the past week" she spoke "I've been trying to find you ever since you've been taken away maw" mawce smiled
"glad you still remember my nickname, I wanted to go out looking for you as well for such a long time" mawce walked closer and grabbed her waist pulling her into another small hug, she wrapped her four arms around mawce holding him closely as well
"ofcourse I do maw, you were the one to save me and protect me all after all" she looked up and smiled softly at mawce. she pulled away and led mawce into the building "you can stay here for the night, it can be just like old times!" she sounded cheerful
"thanks sibbs" mawce smiled back before exploring the small building. he saw the couch and flopped onto it before falling asleep, sibby crawled ontop of him and fell asleep on his chest as well

shadow followed, far enough away that he could still watch without being noticed, he just stayed nearby the building, telling python to go back to base and sleep

shadow watched to make sure sibby wasn't gonna hurt mawce

in the morning mawce woke up to the smell of fresh kill, his tail started to wag as he hopped off the couch and walked into the dusty kitchen seeing a bead deer with a bit of it missing. he walked over to it and started to tear some pieces off and eat it as sibby walked in "nice kill sibbs!" mawce complimented her
"thank you" she responded "only learned from the best!" she smiled as mawce as he smiled back chewing on some of the meat "I haven't had a deer like this in a long long time, only have had cooked meat instead of fresh like this!" his tail was still wagging "oh right, wanted to ask you" mawce swallowed the meat he had in his mouth "do you wanna see if you can come to the base with me? or even just to the stream I usually like to hang out at and I can maybe bring shadow and python to you?" he tilted his head a bit
sibby perked up "id love to!" she smiled a toothy grin "at least see whos been taking care of you, they seem to make you happy"
mawce nodded, "they sure do. we can head out after I finish up eating a bit" sibby nodded back

shadow eventually went back to base the night before cos it got cold, and was currently sitting with python, doinbg some work to try and find zuri
