This is my first ever suggestion, so it may not be that great, buttt…
I just has this thought (it’s really bad as I literally thought of this as I’m writing this), but what if there was an HS boost/an increased chance of Feb encounters that gave you HS? I thought that this could be something like a Valentine’s Day special (kinda like the mutie boost last year on the anniversary day).

OR

We could have Valentine’s Day exclusive encounters?

I’d love to know your thoughts on this! I’ll definitely try to flesh this idea out more later and if you disagree, I’d like to know why, thus I can improve my suggestion!
