Sharpei dogs have a genetic mutation that causes them to have extra skin, and a person was born with the same mutation once, so why couldn't a lion have it?

The only known human with the genetic mutation ended up looking average in adulthood, with maybe some slight loose skin at most. Since lions grow pretty big, I was thinking that they could be the same way and just have some extra wrinkles in their adult stage.

Either this wouldn't affect stats at all or it would decrease speed a little bit. And I would either give it a very low chance of passing (like 5%) or no chance.
