I made a image of kinda what I want, and please make the water on my Queens Icon thing animated. Anything else that isn't shown on the image is pretty much free will, just make it match and make the CSS sorta resemble my image. You can make it pixel art, realistic, anything really!

I made it very rough and lazy sorry if it's hard to make
ALSO MAKE IT MOBILE FRIENDLY! almost forgot to add this lol
