To: Hunter Aunt Cricket BZZZZZZZ You carefully approach the tree, trying not to make any sudden movements. At the base of the giant marula is what you are 99% sure is an egg. At the top is what you are 100% is a hornet nest. While the hornets certainly pose a threat, what kind of hunter would you be if you passed up this chance? Swallowing your fear, you quietly close the gap between you and the tree. You spot an egg! To: Hunter Solar The chirping of crickets fill the valley as you tread along a rocky hillside. You watch your step in case of any sharp or loose rocks, but you weren't expecting any dangers from above. With no warning, several stones the size of your head tumble from atop the hill straight your way. It's thanks to your hunter training you manage to dodge just in time. The impact from your landing stings a little, but the pain is short lived when a few feet away, you spot an egg!  You carefully place the egg into your backpack and continue exploring. Several hours later, you come across a giant tree that's easily the size of a two story building. On one of the lower branches, you can make a round shape camouflaging among the green leaves. Before you can get closer to investigate, however, movement from a nearby branch catches your eye. A massive boa slowly unfurls from where it was resting, perhaps awoken from your noise. It doesn't seem to have spotted you yet, and you prefer to keep it that way. You make a hasty retreat. Maybe you could return later? To: Hunter Solar Leaving the tree behind, you continue your path into the valley. The sun starts to set in the horizon, resulting in the shadows of the trees growing longer and distorted. If you squint, they almost resemble funny shapes. That one looks like a spider. That one looks like a three armed velociraptor. That one looks like an egg. Wait a second- you spot an egg!
