So, ive been reading up on other forums the past few days and haven't really found anyone with my exact issue

I cant buy GB, my father let me use like three different cards that all have international permit enabled and more then enough money, these cards have bought many items for his game which is located in China but it still gets declined.

has anyone else had this issue, if so what do I do? im so so confused and very lost, all help is very much appreciated
