This will be the new version of the original though I may add a few changes! murderthistle | they/it/any (#230278) will be helping me with further plot lines, drama etc Please use the OOC below for any questions or just general chatter! OOC After a magical instability happened creatures or to humans monsters, crawled out of rifts from their world into the human one. The humans being frightened of these so called monsters send them to facilities to be studied however more and more of them began escaping hiding themselves amongst the humans, however they all have their own section of town that they live and thrive in near the facility away from the humans. Although a few humans venture too close and find the creatures thriving. Now of course remember there is always the possibility THAT YOU CAN BE SENT BACK TO THE FACILITY! (Your choice of course pm me if you wish for that to happen and have your character escape or stuff like that again) Also you were out there under the illusion that the government wanted to make sure the humanoids were safe and healthy and not going to hurt people but they just want to learn how they can weaponize their existence or use it against people. Though that might be discovered later in the story and the characters will find a better place to hide from the government. Humans have mixed emotions about the humanoids, some strongly dislike them while others don’t mind their existence. Ash "I can show you down there if you'd like." she stated as she grabbed her bag, though now that she thought about it she was very unsure if she had actually remembered to put all of her portrait drawings back. She put those thoughts aside and decided to cross that bridge if she ever came to it. Though that small tingle of anxiety was there but she tried not to think about it. Max didn't seem like the type to run away in fear of her or worse try to harm her but she couldn't say that for sure. 0 players like this post! Like? |

Max “Sure, it’ll help with the shock of seeing how good they are for sure.” He joked lightly, standing up and stretching. It was a bit chilly, so he pulled on his sweatshirt, the faded and worn familiar fabric settling on his shoulders. He was staring to really enjoy the woods, seeing the natural beauty rather than just the dangers that could be lurking. Max He was careful on the stairs, one of the steps had given out under him before in the abandoned house close to this one. Those were fun injuries to explain. “Nope, never came across any of them. Whatever I know comes from my father’s stories and stuff. Maybe some basic internet knowledge or things I heard around school.” He hummed, walking out and relishing in the forest’s clean air and calm atmosphere once they reached it. “What about you? Max “School is *boring* and I’d much rather run around the woods all day ignoring my responsibilities.” He huffed, laughing a bit. He gasped when he saw it. “That’s beautiful! The detail is amazing…” he marveled at it, the texture of the wings was impressive. “Did you use references for the details? Unless they really let you that close?” He rambled on about it, inspecting it from every angle.
