Appearance: he is about 6'3 and wears dark colored hoodies and jeans, he usually wears Converse, his hair is like a nice shade of black not completely black but close to it. His eyes are light blue he does have wings that he can retract and hide, he also has almost feather soft hair and has his tail which is almost looks like a horses tail, while he cant perfect his appearance entirely one thing he was able to master was keeping his hands and feet from turning into the bird talons and horse hooves of his hippogriff, although it happens sometimes when is gets nervous or too angry (he looks pretty ridiculous and will normally laugh when it happens)



Backstory: Shade grew up knowing he did not want to be like his parents who tended to be snarky, rude and rather annoying people who would fight all the time

Personality: he much like his hippogriff does not like to be disrespected, he is kind however and probably won't hurt you, although he can come off as award when he likes you and itll be pretty obvious, he is that type of guy who awkwardly makes bad dad jokes

Name: Unit 1-217-1, Orichalcum or “Ori”

Age: It’s not really sure. Probably like, 30?

Species: Android

Appearance: A perpetually dull metal body, fashioned similarly to a mannequin or doll. Face is vaguely humanoid, with the shape of a human’s head, a hinged jaw, and LED eyes that will “blink” from time to time. Most of this appearance is heavily concealed at all times, with Ori dressing in ways best described as “eccentric.” It typically hides its face under a hood, using several loose layers of clothing to hide its true nature.

Backstory: Orichalcum was an early attempt in its home world to create life from machines, something first envisioned for the sake of interstellar travel in a doomed timeline for humanity. Despite this, Ori holds little love for humanity, as it was only the first success in a line of failures. Unwilling to work for those who would see it as a machine without the very humanity they were trying to build into said machine, Ori mysteriously vanished from its birthplace one day, only to awaken in a world that was unfamiliar and terrifying to it.

Personality: Meek. Painfully so. Enjoys existing around others but has difficulty interfacing with them, as its inability to exist as it normally is prevents it from forming such connections. It is also curious, constantly exploring the world around it and learning everything it can. Unafraid to question social norms or authorities, Ori will break its silence for the sake of helping others and fighting oppressive systems.

Powers: As an early model of humanoid machine, it doesn’t age or become ill, nor does it need to be sustained as a human does, save for a circadian rhythm that allows it to recharge.

Weakness: As an early model meant for exploration alone, Ori has little in the way of extraneous features. It is, for the most part, a simulated human, with a means of experiencing the senses humans do, but must survive as an otherwise average human with a need for sleep. Extremely distrustful - Ori forms connections for practical reasons first, making it come off as cold and unfeeling. Like a robot, one could say.

Other: Ori does not need to eat, but is capable of eating, and its body capable of rejecting food if something poisonous to a human is detected. It will typically only eat or drink socially.

Appearance: About 5’9 with brown hair, blue eyes and tan skin. He has a few freckles littered on his nose and cheeks. His hair is more often than not overgrown and desperately needing a haircut, and it often gets in his face and into his eyes. He often wears a t-shirt and cargo pants, often accompanied by his favorite black sweater with an extremely faded graphic of a band his older brother likes. Max also almost always carries a bag with him, be it a backpack or satchel filled with some emergency food and other supplies. He has some eye-bags under his eyes and tends to be far too curious for his own good.

Backstory:

Maxwell, who prefers to be called Max when you meet him, is the youngest son of a military family. He has two older siblings, a brother and sister who are off at collage. He’s fairly quiet at first, but once he gets comfortable he will chat your ear off about generally anything he find interesting.

Max likes to get out it the house, and with overbearing parents who have heavy expectations, he finds that school and after school activities aren’t enough, so he goes off and explores. He particularly loves urban exploring, though he does greatly fear the monsters as he’s been raised to think of them as dangerous. (might add to later)

Personality: Max is very curious, he often tries not to involve himself in conflicts, though he knows he can hold his own against a fair opponent. He’s not afraid to speak out against injustice, but for other, smaller matters he’s quite introverted.

If he gets injured he has the horrible habit of downplaying it and trying to tough it out. (And y’know he’s human lol)

Her tail is thin and has also spikes that get thinner closer to her tail tip. Her eyes are golden and glow in the dark. As a human she is of average height and has skinny build. Her skin is unusually pale. She has short, black hair and brown eyes. She usually wears simple and practical clothes in dark colors.
Backstory: Her parents died when she was young, so she was mostly raised by her older sister. Except for her parents death her life wasn’t eventful until the humans captured her and her sister. She managed to escape, but her sister is still at the facility.
Personality: She is quiet and reserved. She has difficulties trusting others, but once she trusts someone, she is very loyal towards them. She doesn’t take betrayal likely and is unforgiving in general. She is known to hold grudges for a long time. While she values honesty greatly and is very honest. She is very intelligent and good at rational and strategic thinking. She is curious. She can also be quite the know-it-all.

Personality: kestrel is know to be distant or cold. She isn't a fan of heavily interacting with others most of the time. She has a passion for animals and isn't that great at talking to people. She has a very small goofy side that only comes out around people she trusts. She has a habit of standing still and just waiting and watching, a kind of flashback to her past, she is quick to anger and is always ready to defend what she loves. She also has a soft spot for tulips!


Appearance: kestrel is tall and athletic, she is 5"9 and tends to be on the move.She has darker skin and long black hair,flecks of brown weaving through it. She has several tattoos, one on her shoulder that read " XX-04-40". The other ones are mainly birds or other animals.she has multiple scars from her escape from the facility and has feathers braided into her hair. Her hair is full of wild curls with help to emphasize her striking green eyes. She usually wears a black cloak and knee high leather boats.

Wes is masculine-presenting. They are about 5'5" with scruffy-ash brown hair that is cut short at their neck. They wear a tattered, terracotta striped button-up shirt worn loosely over their shoulders, with a crop-top underneath. They wear a leather belt with worn jeans emblazoned with a variety of home-made patches created from scraps of fabric.

Backstory:

No one really can confirm this, but Wes claims she was abducted by aliens, which gave her magical powers, which is why she seeks friendship with other magical creatures. But to a typical onlooker, she looks like a normal person- if a bit disheveled. She came from... somewhere, clearly a long way, based on her appearance. Wes has plenty of fantastical stories to share about her life, but none can be proven. Is Wes just a normal human, or is something else going on?

Personality:

Wes is super lonely, and to compensate, they are extremely outgoing. Once they meet some one they are desperate to stay with them. They love talking about themselves, especially the fact that they're DEFINITELY not JUST human. She's extremely generous and loves sharing, especially sharing knowledge from her travels. All she really wants is someone will sit down for tea with her, who believes her claims about being abducted by aliens.

Parts of his body like his back and back of his neck leaving subtle traces of feathers that blend subtly (partly blue) with his white hair and subtly fading ends that sport a hue of blue.

His earrings are a black pearls. His eyes are a dark red, hiding behind the blindfold. His hair is curly and fluffy.

Backstory: He was taken from his home to be experimented, his family tried to stop them but they got killed instead. His younger sister is no where to be found. He escaped after 5 years of torture and suffering. He has been hiding from people, only showing himself to children. He always has a dagger on him, attacking anyone who tries to come near him.

Personality: He used to be a sweet person but the people who experimented on him changed him. He comes off a cold person, growling to anyone. He is sweet to kids, watching their houses to see if the people who experimented on him come towards their house. He kills the people who tries to take the children away.
