1. All sorts of breeding items are quite rare and coveted after (e.g. buffalo scrotums, GMO cows, lion scrotums, etc.) as they all help with breeding rare and mutated lions :D

2. Combo bases (i.e. bases that can only be bred when you breed two specific other bases together) are quite coveted as well as any lions that have a lot of breed-only traits (BO bombs) as they are quite rare to achieve. Additionally, multi-rosettes (8x plus usually) are quite rare and can sell for hundreds to thousands of especially if they also have plenty of breed-only traits.

I can't really answer questions 3, 4 and 5 as I'm not too sure since I've only joined a year or two ago, but thus far, the site has been pretty smooth.

ill asnwer what i can guess for 4, 5, and 6, i dont have any interesting stories so 3 is unanswered

some overlapping fandoms ive personally seen are wolvden (sister site so yeah) and warrior cats, but theres plenty so fandoms if you look hard enough

its been pretty much the same layout as its been since 2017, but it recently had a server change, and new things get added all the time

i dont recall a peak, but i could be wrong. its still really active today though!!

Hi! I've been here for going on 5 years!

What items that are super wanted? Any sorts of breeding items, mainly crunchy worms, gnaw rocks, etc that can all be obtained via events!
What coats/lions that are non mutant are super wanted? Raffle lioness clones, BO bases (Dawn, Haze, Senegal, Finch, etc), I've seen a rise in want of the newer rare genetic breed only coats!
Any interesting stories? Big things that happened? I've breed a cleftie here tho on April fools and thought the game was lying to me so I cried, because I too have cleft lip and palate.
Any overlapping fandoms? From what I see a lot of flight rising, chicken smoothie, warrior cats, furry fandom, etc
Did the website go through major changes? Nothing i'd consider too "major" from the times i've been here tho we have switched servers recently and we got 2 new mini events since i've been here plus new mutations.
When did the website peak and is it still quite active considering age? I'm not sure when it peaked but I think it's still pretty active for it's age, tho i've seen a lot of the vets retiring as most of us are married, have kids, have jobs, partners, moving, etc. The community from what i've seen also has some grandparents here!

1. Breeding items are a good bet. Lion scrotums, buffalo scrotums, and crunchy worms. Anything like that.

2. Raffle lioness clones are very popular at the moment. Otherwise, hybrid bases (Kimanjaro and Mandarin), Rosettes, and breed-only traits (though usually only if the lion has a lot of those traits.)

3. Um, there was a big event leading up to the introduction of tigons. New, related Explore encounters were released, with the encounters telling a progressing story over time. Eventually, this led to the release of tigons, and a tigon boost for those who selected 'Arrange a Date' when interacting with the final encounter. (https://www.lioden.wiki/tigon-hype.)

4. The Warriors and Lion King fandoms are pretty big here. Honestly, animal xenofiction in general is fairly popular, if that could be considered a fandom in itself.

5.That depends on how you define "big changes." Features such as the claiming system and, to a lesser degree, the battling system were changed some time ago, as well as the being some layout changes over the years. There is a big recode coming in the future, though, but we're not quite sure when it's going to be released (https://www.lioden.com/topic.php?id=304429411981). The July and June events were also revamped. The June event was completely revamped, but the July event was only a partial revamp. (the old June event here: https://www.lioden.wiki/june-floods.) However, for the most part, Lioden has been fairly consistent.

6. I would say that it peaked around 2021 or so, with a lot of traffic coming over from TikTok. Lioden is still very active, and it hasn't really dropped in size that much since the peak.
