Name: Dreamy Primrose

Age: 6 Months

Appearance: Her thick, dense fur is a sort of sooty complexion across her back, head and legs. She has a light, somewhat off white undercoating that is much more fluffy than her darker portions, but is equally dense. The texture of her fur is closer to that of an otter than a lion, and it's clear by how easily she tires in the heat that it serves the same purpose. Her eyes have a metallic hue somewhere between copper and gold, and gleam as bright as her perpetual smile. All throughout her form from the bands on her tail and rump to the blush and brows of her eyes are flecks of a bright, golden hue.



Personality: Prim is, above all else, a lonely girl who is looking forward to making new friends. She has a cheerful and optimistic disposition, and very careful rearing from many lionesses ensured that she is polite and respectful towards adults, but ultimately she is still a child and will often put her own desires above their warnings. That being said, she can be reckless and foolhardy if she believes that it will cure her ever present boredom. The few things that prevent her from going headfirst into trouble when she sets her mind to it is her concern for the wellbeing of any friends she drags along with her. Although she can be touchy-feely and bossy, Prim ultimately will bend and yield to whatever keeps the rest of the group happy.

History: Prim's pride is the Owbokila Pride; settled in the marshlands and determined to make a comfortable home there. Cubs who are born within them don't often make it to her age, and thus she has spent the majority of her early months of life all by herself and doted on by the rest of the pride. Her pride has a deep and rich tradition in stories and superstition; both as a way to keep her safe from the dangers of the marshes and help her appreciate and not fear them. Lions of the Owbokila are not afraid to get dirty, and neither is she. When it comes to interacting with other lions, a hint of arrogance surrounding her heritage sometimes shows, but she is overall well meaning and the adults are quick to humble her if she takes things too far.

Name: Imani Krones

Age: 8 months

Appearance:


Personality: Imani is a reserved and solitary girl with an introverted personality, much like her father Krones. Although don't let that fool you, Imani is much softer than what she lets people see and a total daddy's girl. She loves her family to no end and respects most elders but can be seen as a bit mean because of her slight boldness. Being the oldest out of her few siblings she's acts more mature and tries to get what adults say, although she fails miserably at times. But when around close friends or family shes a cub, letting her curious nature and childlike wonder out.

History: Imani comes from the Selinda Pride that lives high up in the mountains. Krones, the main male and her father has determined (long before she was born) that cubs were divided based on their status. "The strong survive, the weak die" is the prides famous words and lives by them. Cubs born without the markings of Krones, or mutation are casted to the Wasteland cave where cubs and lioness with low status are left to fend for themself without the help of others. Luckily for Imani, Krones first born daughter and first of his children to gain his mutation, she was spared from that chance of a bad ending and lives with her mother Mawey who is the highest-ranking female in the pride. Imani usually doesn't speak about her heritage unless asked but usually prepares for the common reaction she gets, especially from older lions, but thinks nothing of her background as something strange rather just her day-to-day life.

Name: Montigo (Monti)

Personality:
Monti is a cub who is easily distracted and yet intensely curious about everything, which often leads to him wandering off. He can be fiercely possessive over what he claims as his, and very physical in expressing himself, both when he’s angry and when he’s happy, and of course when he’s feeling cuddly.
Monti possesses more than a little a bit of an ego, and can be made to do just about anything with enough flattery and praise, but he also has a great sense of humor, and a budding sense of justice. He likes to stick up for the underdog, especially when he feels like a situation or treatment is unfair, and he’ll stand by his friends no matter what. He can be very stubborn and bull headed in some aspects, and he doesn't always like to admit when he’s wrong, so he tries very hard not to be. This leads to him sometimes over analyzing everything.


History: The Wakati Pride from which Montigo hails is a quiet, close knit group that resides in the northern jungles. They tend to keep to themselves, following timeless traditions, and are generally wary of outsiders that don't know their ways.
The Wakati lions have always placed particular value on the primal bloodline, and spare no expense on the upbringing of those blessed with inheriting the gene. Monti's father, who was a full blood primal and the former King of Wakati, was only to proud that his son inherited evan a small portion of his primal genetic.

Name: Jabari Krones

Personality: Jabari is a kind and sweet cub, often seen as naive to some adults. She values loyalty, especially when it comes to her own pride. She's vain sometimes, often a product of being a higher ranked cub in her pride and her mother feeding her tiny ego. Jabari is usually accepting of everyone, often giving other chances.

History: Jabari comes from the Selinda Pride, a pride that lives high up in the mountain with little to no neighboring prides. Although a relatively new pride her father, Krones spared no time growing their pride with now eleven lionesses and nineteen cubs. The Selinda Pride values its traditions but will easily overrule them to their advantage. The pride lions have thicker fur, having two coats they shed during summer and before winter, and have bigger paws to help them better adapt to the cold, steep mountains they live on. The pride values cubs and lions with mutations, beautiful markings, or even hybrids as high ranks seeing them as those worthy to live and pass on the bloodline.
