⚜️ - random backgrounds will be picked out of the hoard
⚜️ - axels stud request will be fully refunded
⚜️ - applicators will be picked out of the hoard.
They fall under a “low tier” and a “high tier” low tier does include brawl rumble etc but under a request we can make this not happen.
Low tier includes less demand markings, eye apps, mane apps, skin applicators.
High tier includes event markings and higher tier markings.
