I think your current 400  is a good price since he's a G1 with multiple BO, I don't see any G1 Ice bases for less than 350 The low amount of markings could decrease the price but I dont think it would affect much considering he's triple rosette ^^ But the best way to tell is to start at a price you think is fair, if they sell out increase the price, or if you only sell a few decrease it!
