**Lioden Lion Purchase Agreement**

This agreement outlines the terms and conditions for the purchase of multiple lions between Aj’sWifey #161828 and Apollo #372472. This agreement begins 8-26-24

I, Aj’sWifey acknowledge that this will take time. The terms of the agreement are outlined below.
The agreement serves as protection for both parties involved. By entering into this agreement, the buyer Apollo #372472 agrees to all terms stated below.

**1. Lions and Payment Terms:**

- The buyer, Apollo #372472 agrees to purchase the following lions for a total of 1500 GB (Gold Beetles), with the option to pay using breeding items, GB, apps, custom decor, oasis items, etc. The prices for each lion are listed as follows:

**2. Frozen Status of Lions:**

- All lions will remain frozen until full payment has been received for each respective lion. This ensures that the buyer, Apollo #372472 has secured the lions but will not take possession of them until the transaction is complete. This is a bulk deal.

**3. Payment Schedule:**

- The buyer, Apollo #372472 agrees to make at least, monthly payments once a month toward the total amount due until all lions are paid off in full. Payments can be made more frequently but at minimum each month by the 26th of the month a payment is due we can discuss the amount but ideally I’d like at least 100gb if possible. If not I will be flexible about amounts as I do realize and acknowledge this will take time.

A minimum deposit of 100 GB is required upfront, due today 8-26-24 to begin the agreement.

This deposit can be made using GB, breeding items, or oasis items, or any of the other accepted items listed at the end of the agreement.

**4. Non-Refundable Payments and No Cancellation Policy:**

- All payments made toward the purchase of the lions are non-refundable. There is a strict no-cancellation policy in place; if the buyer, Apollo #372472 decides to cancel the purchase at any point, any payments made up until that time will not be refunded. A list of all payments will be made and maintained. I will track payment dates, amounts, and items paid with. I will also acknowledge any payments transferred by responding to the transfer notification.

**5. Proof of Agreement:**

- The seller Aj’sWifey #161828 will keep screenshots of all messages and transactions related to this agreement to serve as proof of communication and understanding between both parties. This documentation will be kept to protect both the buyer and the seller from any disputes.

**6. Agreement Acknowledgement:**

- By agreeing to these terms and sending the first payment, the buyer, Apollo #372472 acknowledges and accepts all conditions outlined in this agreement.
