What the hell is all this slang? What in the world is RLC? BO? NCL? Fear not, here I’m gonna explain everything to you. Something you are unsure about? Send a message!

There is a handful of similar guides like this out there but they seemed to forget a few things, so here I’m pretty sure I’ve put everything!

I’ve put it in alphabetical order for easier finding!

Adol - A adolescent lion. (Teenager lion)
AB - Auto buy - in context of auctions
Alt - a alternative account, a side account.
AMP - A adult mutation, only appears when they age.
App - A applicator to apply bases, eyes or marks.
AGL Agility - your lions stats
AC - axiom core a July event currency

B
Buffy - Buffalo scrotum, breeding item guarantees 3 cubs
Balls - Buffalo scrotum or Lion scrotum
Bean - Dwarf lion - called bean cause of small size
Blep - overgrown tongue lion
BO - Breed only traits
BS - Black stallion - fertility item
BO - Buy Out - in context of auction
BOM Breed only markings
BOB - Breed only bases
BOE - Breed only eyes
Birthday RL - a raffle lioness drawn on someone birthday
Bacon - A Harlequin Lethal
Base - A lions base, the lions colour.
Beetles / battle beetles - collectable beetles.
Beetles - Currency
Broodmother - A lioness that takes care of your cubs,
Big 4 - a group of heavily inbred lions that appeared in every lions heritage a while ago, have since disappeared.
BG - A background for your lion.
Bobbed /bobby / Bob / Bobbie - a bobbed tail mutation.
BB - Blood beetles. October event currency.

CRB - cotton root bark a item that increase mutation chance.
Colorbomb - a lion with particularly colorful marks.
CSS - cascading style sheets, it’s the format or look of a den.
Crunchy - a Crunchy worm. Breeding item that have a 25% chance to replicate the mother.
Cub - a young lion. Under the age of 1.
Clan - a community, can join in clans.
Chased - a lion chased by a player then found in explore. Has non-NCL traits.
Collector quality - a lion with desirable traits that people collect.
Clean - a lion with no inbreeding throughout its entire heritage.
CSC - cub sex changer
CB - current bid - in context of a auction
CB - carrion beetles - a January event currency
CD - custom decor. Decor made by players.
COC - code of conduct a set of lioden rules.
Cleft / cleftie - a Cleft palate lethal

DF - Dorsal Fur - a mutation
DS - demonic scales a October event currency.
Decor - Decorations you apply to your lions.
Dwarf - a Dwarfism Mutation
Dirty - a lion that has inbreeding anywhere in it’s heritage
DB- dry bones - a august event currency
DM - direct message

EXP / XP - experience you gain from exploring to level up your lion.
EE Easter eggs - a April event currency.
Enclave - in crossroads, a place where you can turn in lions for stats, energy or Impression
ET - eldritch tokens, September event currency

F
FAPA - Feed all play all - purchasable item that lets you feed and play with all lions with one click.
Fert - Fertility
Fodder - a lion with no traits or undesirable traits, usually a lion that is killed for karma.
First gen tigon / FGT- a lion x tiger hybrid.
first gen leopon / FGL- a lion x leopard hybrid.
first gen jaglion / FGJ- a lion - jaguar hybrid.
Frozen account - a account that doesn’t roll so lions don’t age.
Frozen lion - a lion that has had a jellyfish applied the lion cannot breed, eat, hunt etc, it does nothing.

GB - Golden Beetles- currency
GMO - genetically modified organism - GMO cow a mutating enhancing item
Gon / tigon - a lion x tiger hybrid.
GF - good fertility
G1, g# - generation of a lion.
GOP - grain of paradise. Guarantees 2 cubs.
Groupie - a no heritage lion, normally males adols. From may event.
Grandpaw - a retired king
Gnaw - a gnawrock, breeding item that passes a mark.

H
HTML - the text layout of a den page or bio.
Heir - a lion made to replace their next king.
Hybrid - a mix between a lion and another species. Usually hard to obtain.
Hoard - your personal stash of items in your inventory.
HB - highest bid - in context of auctions
HS - heart shells a February event currency.
Hard mode - a mode where players only keep g1 lions.
Hidden marking - Hidden marks you need to pay to reveal.
HF - high fertility
Harle - Harlequin lethal

Inbred - a lion with inbreeding in it’s heritage.
IBF - Instant birth feather
IMP - impression

Jelly - a jellyfish base OR a jellyfish freezing item.

KB - khepri beetles a June event currency
Karma - karma gained through explore, can be good or bad and can effect encounters.

LF low fertility
Lowball - when someone offers less on a item than it’s worth
LB - leather beetles a January event currency
Litter - A litter of cubs.

- A player who joined while Lioden was in Alpha development. This was only awarded to the first 64 people that signed up to Lioden.
- A player who has purchased GB from the Oasis at least five separate times.
- A player who has rolled over 10 or less times and is therefore considered a newbie.
- Referred to as "Community Contributors", players who have this badge are particularly helpful! They were previously manually awarded to the most helpful players. As of March 2019, they are now given out to players who give accurate detailed answers on the Game Help forum.
- Referred to as "Wiki Contributors", players who have this badge have worked on the official Lioden Wiki in some way.
