If you just apply it to a lion with a Transparent Jelly and any of the Eye Of _____ Items in the oasis and you'll have a mutie!

And for the Ferus and Smilus you don't need the Eye Of ____ Decor! And if you use a lab test frog you can have a female Smilus!
