What gameplay feature is this bug affecting? Gifting What's the issue? Please include any error messages you receive and as much detail as possible. Hello! I’m not totally sure how to label this, but I offered a refunded stud to user #263745 this evening. It went through, I bred the lioness and the payment was sent to my account (150 silver beetles) I went to gift the player back the 150 beetles but I got an error stating “this member hasnt been active in the last 7 days” though the transaction all happened today, and the player was obviously active to have sent the stud.. please help :,) Any links relating to this bug? For example, if a particular lion is bugging, what is the link to that lion? Any screenshots you can provide us with? Please provide us with step by step explanation how this bug happened so we can attempt to replicate it. This was related to a recent patch meant to stop rollovers from glitching out and running certain stages multiple times. Unfortunately it didn't fix the root cause, which resulted in those stages not running at all for some people. Fortunately, though, I was able to rectify the root cause last night and it seems to be running all of the stages properly without repeating and without skipping any. Stages? Could you elaborate please? I was trying to gift someone in the same day as the stud and the gift won’t go thru.. nothing to do with actual ages. 0 players like this post! Like? |

Rollovers work in a series of stages, each one handles different sections (account features, lion hunger/mood, birthing lions, resetting game scores, etc.). In this specific case, the part of the rollover that handles account information was not running properly and did not update the activity section of the player, making it seem as though they had not been online recently. 0 players like this post!
