We can certainly raffle heats, and it would be easier for me to do that more regularly than to raffle lioness or cubs. If we do heat raffles, I can include several of my lioness...

My main concern is that you were pretty much the only one to participate in the raffle for the ra cub. I think with the clan being so small, I'm going to need change how I incentivize the others to participate. Maybe just raffling heats alone would be enough, as I won't have to price the tickets so high... but that doesn't really encourage others to donate the heats of THEIR lioness to the clan.

So... How would people feel if I split the profits of raffles between the clan and people who volunteer their lioness heats to be raffled? I'd need to figure out some rules and procedures to keep things fair, but that would be doable...
