Hi there. I uh. Had an idea for a base, based on an image I saw in the forums. First image is without the Stars layers, so that the base of the base is visible.




For obtaining, I was thinking either a combo Interstellar x Peach or Wine, or an applicator
(Suggestions on more potential combos are welcome)
