My Submission is themed a bit for the August event in spite of not using many items from it. (It does use a couple.)

This is a Wildfire at Dusk theme!

It uses several of the applicators that you already possess and the rough budget for it will be far under the one you set. (~12-20 GB based on Trading Post prices at the time of creation.) This includes the purchase price for an heir.
I have two versions of it. Both carry the same markings, eyes, mane, ect. The only difference is Piebald vs Patches.
The Pie represents smoke while the patches represent charring.

Sunset Wildfire:

Smoke Version: (Frail Piebald)

Charred Version: (Vernal Patches)

I hope you enjoy it! Or at the very least, it gives someone else an idea for their next king.

Additional Edit for suggestions:
Suggested decor: Flame accents for paws and tail. Maybe Burning branch if you want to go a little extra. (I'm personally not fond of adding too much decor to design submissions as I feel it takes away from the submission's intended focus. The lion!)
Alternative eye suggestions:
Sunburst or Sunstone both give that golden color, but with larger pupils which may help with the unsettling look.
