Never seen a stud banning lionesses with Scoundrel or other maneater traits. That is very weird
Are you perhaps confusing them with Squabble/Rumble/Blemish? Those are indeed common "unwanted" markings because they're so wriggly looking they cause issues for some people with visual sensitivity. And "Squabble" is written rather close to "Scoundrel"

Other than that, the only reason I can see is person's own projects preference; if they're feeling protective over their project, for example collecting many scoundrel marks on one lion, they can forbid using scoundrel marked females so that users studding to their lion dont get too many scoundrel marks before they do. If there are a few users doing so, perhaps they're doing a joint project and dont want someone getting many marked lion before they do. In any case, Ive never heard of there being anything wrong with maneater traits, so it seems to be just someone's personal thing.

that makes WAY more sense actually, I think you may be right and I've got the traits swapped in my brain. It was in fact like 4 am for me and I saw a couple in passing so there's a fair chance I just got them mixed up. And that checks out tbh, I saw like 2 or 3 and then forgot about it until the event rolled over so i may have just been conflating the two whoops. Ty!!
