Heyy I just used my last 4 gb to buy a new sub slot because of a giveaway. The message stated that the first to claim with enough sub slots would get the lion in the link. It was about a tigon girlie and I was so excited to claim her that I immediately bought the sub male slot. Later it Turned out that the tigon wasn’t the one for the giveaway but a primal fangs male. I understand that people make mistakes and use the wrong link by accident but it’s really frustrating because now I have lost my last gb for literally nothing. Is there any way to get them back, like undo the slot or sm? Because I need them as I am working on my new king. Welp  0 players like this post! Like? |

I dont think there's anything to be done here, sadly - there's no way to return a bought slot and I dont think Moderators can help here either, because there's a confirmation if you really want to buy a slot, so it was not an accidental purchase.  1 player likes this post! Like? |

Sorry you misunderstood the giveaway! All I can suggest is read more carefully, and try earing some GB to replace those spent on the slot. Grind in the event for Dry Bones - once unlocked, Vulture Shop will have Buffalo Scrotum for sale, a high in demand item you can sell for good GB. 2 players like this post! You can still always ask Modbox in the future. It may be too late now and it wasn't really an accident—and and I don't remember the full list of things they can revert—but if you genuinely misclick and don't have a lion occupying the slot, and quickly ask them, I don't see why they couldn't revoke the slot and return your GB. They've done a lot of very funny things for my accident-prone ass including uncrafting an item, giving me back energy after accidently pressing the refill button, and giving all my already born cubs pale skin after I gave the skin salt to the wrong parent. Just have it be a real accident, and don't utilize the accident before asking for it to be reverted. 1 player likes this post! Like? |
