Made a challenge mostly for myself cause I have burnout. And it keeps me from deleting my entire pride and starting over. Making this so I can document my challenge. Feel free to do it too if you want. I have everything written down I'll organize this form a bit later

It's the rags to riches challenge but lioden version. You take an ncl lion and breed the line till you get the best cub you are satisfied with.

Rags to Riches RTR for short


Rules: May change or some be added
1. Stud can be anybody, but the key is to go down the tree one by one, so I recommend Gen 1
2. Only one cub is chosen as the next gen. You can keep other cubs, but they are not a part of the challenge
3. I cannot change the lion unless it's to sex change unless I want to make it hard and not be able to sex change
4. Only one cub will be picked for the next Generation. I can keep good cubs, but they won't become a part of the Rags to Riches Project
5. If you've already chosen your next lioness and already had the next gen but that Lioness' mother had an even better cub you may switch to that one, but the old lioness is no longer a part of the challenge. (Example Gen 2 Lioness had a pretty Gen 3 baby. You choose that baby for the next-gen and have gen 4. But wait! Gen 2 just had an even better litter! I want that cub instead! You can switch but the original gen 3 you chose, and her cubs are no longer included in the project)

HARD MODE:
1. Stud must be gen 1
2. Only one cub is chosen as the next gen. You can keep other cubs, but they are not a part of the challenge
3. You cannot change the lion's sex whatsoever. As the phrase goes You get what you get, and you don't throw a fit
4. Once you choose the next gen if she already had her cubs, you cannot change your mind. It is now set and stone

You can also pick and choose how you want to do this challenge.

But what if I want to king a cub? Can it still be a part of the next gen?
Yes. Nothing against kinging you're cub. But the rules still apply. Must only have one cub of your choosing related to your king to become the next gen.

Once I choose the next gen, what happens to their mother? Can I still breed her? Up to you if you want to continue to breed her but remember, you can only have one gen chosen you cannot of 2 so choose your cub wisely.

Can I choose a chase? You may but the key is to go from nothing to success. It takes the point out of the challenge, but you may do what you wish. As long as you're having fun
