There's an explore encounter where you come across a dying lioness and her cub, with one option being to "take in" the cub. No matter what option you choose, the cub dies. I think it would be nice if the "take in" option had at least a chance of the cub surviving, and it could give a decor of a cub if that happened.

Either a special decor called something like "orphaned cub," or just one of the "eager cub" decors since they are fairly common. "Eager cub" would be a good way to keep it fair for players who are trying to get negative karma, so they wouldn't miss out on a unique decor.
