I spent damn near 4-5 hours last night prettying up my den page, using free CSS and HTML guidance given by the community. I had a purple/teal theme goin on, with an extensive bio and pictures included. I don't know how to make CSS or do HTML on my own, so this was a very VERY complicated process for me and took a lot of trial and error. I was so happy with the result by the end, that I made sure to double check that it was saved. I saved my territory bio a few times, and even logged out and back in to see if my progress saved and it did. I guess it's my fault for not saving all of the script I had written on a separate page in case of this happening, but I was so delirious from staying up all night working on this that it didn't even cross my mind. Well, to my surprise, I log on my account this morning and find all of my progress gone. It switched back to an old free CSS I was using and completely wiped my biography. I am beyond devastated and completely frustrated. What do I even do now? I submitted a mod ticket but I seriously doubt that they could/would do anything. I'm about to up and leave the game for a while, I am so upset. I loved my den page so much and I worked so hard :(
