This is my first time suggesting a base, so be gentle

This base was inspired by the Lagoon skin, and then the idea that the deeper into the water you go, the darker it gets, which is why I went with a darker underside and a lighter, foamy back. The base would of course be tied to the Lagoon skin.

I haven't really thought of how you would get it, but perhaps it could be an extra rare app drop from the same encounter as the Lagoon skin, or maybe a combo with factors like Nadir and Nun?
