if you're using the jag boosts, there's not really anything you can do except to pray to the RNG gods that they bless you with a jaglion (there's a 1 in 150 chance to get a jag)

Unlike how hybrids pass, this boost ONLY takes effect on the FIRST cub of the litter. Therefore, if you use GoPs or buffies, they will be wasted.

Breeding items (like CRB, lion meats, GMOs) DO NOT affect the rate at which a jaglion is produce. This also means if you use any of them with a jag boost they will be wasted.

Fertility does not matter in the case of jag boosts (goddess fertility lionesses will have the same flatrate chance to produce a jag as does a 1% fertility lioness, after you get them pregnant, of course)
