Some backgrounds and decors can be sold back to Monkey Business, but not all of them are intentional—anything that can be bought from an event shop or the Flood Pit shouldn't be able to be sold to the monkey. I've disabled the ability for this background to be sold, refunded you 1x Livingstone Falls, and removed 150 SB from your on-hand count (as that's what you gained from selling the background).
