Hello, this is the official thread for The Maneater Manifesto clan. We're here to spread more maneater traits and connect fellow maneater propagandists!

Maneater traits come from the unique August event mechanic, maneater studs. All of August's stud traits are breed only, and some are even endangered according to The Lioden Conservatory, one of our partner clans. It's really a shame such amazing bases are so sparse and we hope to help spread the maneater charm!

Maneater Traits
Bases:
In order: Vagabond, Outlaw, Ruffian, Nomad, Ukame, Bandit, Scoundrel
Fun Fact - Scoundrel is the only base not considered endangered or vulnerable according to LDC.




Markings:
All maneater bases have a set of four breed only markings per base set - unlike July, all event markings are breed only. A complete list of these markings can be found on the Event Markings Wiki. Images are not listed here due to there being such a bountiful supply of maneater markings :)

Mane Colors & Types:
Do you enjoy breed only manes? Well August has 75% of them currently! Another reason to love this event.
In order: Savage, Pariah, Tsavo


August currently has the following mane colors: Ruffian, Ukame, & Scoundrel.
We hope to see more maneater mane colors in the following years!
Fun Fact - August is currently the only event with breed only mane colors (looking at you May & July...)

FAQ
→ Q: What can I expect from this clan?
→ A: Alongside sending a monthly newsletter, we usually host monthly raffles! You can expect August decors, backgrounds, breeding items, currency, and maneater bases from our raffles! Occasionally, we will host raffles with other event items to spice things up as well though. Check out our clan stud list, bounty list, and resource threads to find additional information & goodies
→ Q: When is the monthly newsletter sent?
→ A: Honestly, there isn't a specific date we set up raffles or newsletters. Some clans do it the first of every month, but we usually just end up doing it when we have time :') It might be the start of the month or the very end, we like to keep you guys on your toes.
→ Q: Can I join the clan on both accounts?
→ A: Yes! We are not concerned about people "taking up someone else's spot" with their alt account. We can always buy more clan slots and encourage membership on both accounts if you'd like to join on both!
→ Q: Will there ever be a Maneater Manifesto discord server?
→ A: There's no plans for that at this time. The current staff do not have the time or desire to moderate that currently - but maybe in the future! We encourage you to join our partners' clan discords instead. There's quite a bit of overlap between clan membership, so you'll meet plenty of TMM members there!
→ Q: Can I become an admin?
→ A: We are not currently seeking staff; in the case that we are interested, we will reach out to you.
→ Q: Will the hoard ever be open?
→ A: At this time, we are not planning to open the hoard. All donations are used to either pay for clan fees, expansions, or raffling off (or selling to earn something worth raffling off, potentially). All clan funds go back to the propagandists somehow, even if we don't publicly open the hoard :)

Rules
→Follow all site TOS. Please use common sense and do not engage in any behavior that would get you punished on-site.
→Do not beg for assets from other clan members. Please use our Bounty Thread for posting traits you're seeking out rather than directly private messaging specific members. Additionally, do not ask for discounted or free studdings unless they were offered to you - some members offer discounts, but this is entirely optional.
→Respect & follow stud rules when utilizing our official clan stud list. Some of our studs have rules regarding items or other things, so please take the time to check :)
→Be respectful towards other propagandists. If you have any concerns with another member's behavior, please privately message Vertigoat or Tru (and open a modbox ticket if applicable).
→You do not need to own a maneater king to join! There are no requirements for membership other than having an appreciation for maneater traits.
