What gameplay feature is this bug affecting?
Treasure Hunting

What's the issue? Please include any error messages you receive and as much detail as possible.
I'm unable to finish my last Treasure Hunt from January, possibly because the male adult I was using no longer exists.
With no "Cancel" button, i'm unable to release myself from this Hunt as I would an unintended Patrol or Hunt square.

I get a white screen of death

I'm on mobile, sorry- but it's a literal blank white page after the normal Treasure Hunting interface with a reward to collect/hunt to finish. Nothing there just blank white page & I have to open a new game instance to escape. Thank you!


Please provide us with step by step explanation how this bug happened so we can attempt to replicate it. If it's complex, please include screenshots where possible:
I had an active male treasure hunting when the Event ended in January. (Treasure Hunted in January & had a hunt active when the event ended.)
When I open Treasure Hunting, I see the last square I picked with a treasure map Clue i'm unable to open & the only action available to me is "Finish Hunt."
When I click Finish Hunt, it reloads a white screen of death with no action taken.

This is possibly because the male who was treasure hunting at the time no longer exists, or perhaps it timed out for reward collection or something.
A shame, as it looks like I had a Clue on both accounts.

Without a "Cancel" Treasure Hunt button, I have no way to give up the reward by cancelling the active hunt as we would a glitched Hunting Party or unintentional Patrol. It appears intervention will be required to release us to get our Treasure Hunting timing started.
