After tier 3 of the event was unlocked, I spotted a few people in chat asking what items were in tier 4 since all of the big breeding items were already in the event shop. Someone would answer "event marked NCLs" and they'd say something like "lol oh ok" because, well, not many look forward to slightly more interesting NCLs as much as the cool items in the actual shop that's already unlocked.

For reference, the event marked NCLs in February are unlocked with tier 3 of the Flirt Shop, and the NCLs in April are unlocked with tier 2 of the Egg Den. September NCLs are unlocked rather late in the month by comparison. They came out on September 23rd this year, leaving only 7 days of the month to actually find them!

Their markings can be applied via piety in 2 months anyway, so I don't really see a point in keeping them away from us for so long this month. May as well standardize the three events' NCL drops a bit and add September NCLs to tier 3.
