☆Hello! I think it would be a nice way to spread awareness! Little awareness ribbons that your lions can wear!! If we have pride Decor I think we should have these! ☆3 ideas where they could go, chest, ear, tail.  ☆This is my awareness ribbon, I have P.O.Ts, PVCs and IST which fall under dysautonomia..  ☆Just a few ribbons (I'll fix this later)  --------- ☆They could be seasonal like pride decors. Whenever a “[thing] awareness day” comes up, they could be available in MB/oasis. -suggested by ♡SC‼️♡ [The Rainbow Gon™] ☆They could be made from stones, craft able from a small amount like 3-5 stones so they are easy to access. They could be released in small batches, 1 or 2 per month that line up with the awareness months for the ribbons! They wouldn't have to be a big deal at all, could even be a footnote in the community notices -suggested by Cougs --------- ☆There would need to be a way to pick whatever color you want to represent! Like this could be a craft able! ☆This is important to me because I have P.O.Ts (which is often misdiagnosed and i couldn't get mine diagnosed for the longest time :< ) and my mother was recently diagnosed with breast Cancer, but thank God it's at stage 0! 99% survival rate!! ☆Please take the time to check this out!! As someone who suffers from a myriad of health issues (PoTs, CFS/ME, Fibro, AuADHD, among many other long-long conditions), this would make me incredibly uncomfortable for a multitude of reasons. The first is, that the same colours are used for different causes; green for example is used for Mental Health awareness, but it is also used for Gallbladder/Bile Duct Cancer. The second is massive misuse by the player base, I know many people here are neurospicy and such, but some people aren't. I also worry this would invite conversations regarding medical health/mental health/advice that is against the CoC. Thirdly, most Awareness Ribbons are copyrighted by the organisations that use them, which could get lioden in some legal trouble.  3 players like this post! Like? |

I'd also be concerned with; where do we draw the line? There are hundreds of ribbons out there, if not thousands, dancing between those copyrighted and uncopyrighted, and then which conditions get them and which don't - who decides? We'd never have everybody happy. 1 player likes this post! Like? |

No support for mostly the reasons Fraekinn above already said. I am AuDHD and have endometriosis and PCOS and even with these four I would drown in ribbons. Plus on top on that the lesbian decors. If they even got the right ribbons in the first place, like stated above it would be hard. And do we really need these as official decors? Custom decors are option and even with no legal challenges, this would lead to a lot of people most likely misusing these. And then we would see people dancing on the line on what would be allowed on LD and what not. We can share our diagnoses if we want to in our profiles, we can make and buy CDs for these if we want to, I think that is enough, at least for me. 3 players like this post! Like? |

Oh and then they would have to think what version is the most accepted, since many diagnoses have multiple different ribbon designs, some more accepted and liked than others. Researching what they would even try to use, even with no copyright issues, would be a hassle and even then some players would like the other designs more. 2 players like this post! Like? |

I was just thinking of that blasted puzzle piece ribbon! And some sources say yellow is for ADHD, but some say purple. I see more of the yellow one in my ADHD groups, but still, so much differences. And some still split ADHD and ADD, even though they are both under ADHD and has been for ages. I can't see anything else than problems with this. And if they heaven forbid did the puzzle piece for LD, I and others would actually riot. But the infinity sign? Not a ribbon, so would it be included? One's for Gallbladder/Bile Duct Cancer, the other for Mental Health - which is which?   I'm especially hung up on this as I had my gallbladder removed in August, I'm still healing, as it was pre-cancerous. This would be far too "political" (I can't think of the word), but it would be problematic I feel both for the playerbase & legally (again, the copyrights would have to be negotiated.) 1 player likes this post! Same sort of ideas on why I had said it’d likely do better as a CD if anything. It’s overall a cute idea decor wise - not bringing the other stuff into it. I don’t think it would be a good move done overall as a widespread decoration item 3 players like this post! Like? |

Can't agree more. I am all in for more custom decors if the copyright rules for those ones allow it, but as official diagnosis awareness ribbon? Can't support. Yes, the LGBT decors are listed as their colors, even though the flags are clear to see for anyone who knows them, but can't see that happening with these. Yes, basic green, blue, purple, yellow, orange etc. ribbons could be done, but then there are the more complex ones. Would they be automatically rejected, or if accepted, what version? The dreaded puzzle piece or infinity sign? Why complex ones for others and basic colors for others? So many things that could go wrong, even if everything would go perfectly with both the player base and the possible copyright holders. 1 player likes this post! Like? |

I actually agree with these statements, the more thought I put into this the more risks it would cause in actual implementation. I think it's a great idea in theory, but it's far too complex of an idea to actually have in game for thousands of players. For October alone, there are an insane amount of awareness ribbons, weeks, and days. I'm super grateful to OP for coming up with the idea and I think it could possibly work as CD, but I think it was well said earlier that people who want to spread awareness can use their page bios. 4 players like this post!
