This will be completely rewritten at some point, but the base line is:
- You can share an unknown, or well known artist so long as they have completed at least 5 commissions recently and the users are able to vouch for their reliability.
- This is a masterpost of all upcoming and developed artists or users to browse through if they can't find one, or want to commission someone they know is reliable for sure!
- This does mean any artists who have traced, heavily referenced or stolen art in the last year are not allowed to be advertised here.
