G2 would mean that if you click on that lion's heritage it would only show them, and the parents of the lion, everything else would say unknown, making them a gen2 lion.
6bo would mean that they have 6 traits that are breed only, so only traits that can be passed down through breeding^^

Your king has a very lon gen, not sure exactly how long but you can check by clicking their heritage, and clicking the great grandparents to see their heritage as well, keep doing so until you reach the point it says unknown. Your heritage would be whichever heritage is the longest

In order to know what generation(gen for short) your lion is, you can scroll down on your lion's page to the "Breeding Info" section. You'll see two lion names under 'Father' and 'Mother'.
-Clicking the text that says "View full heritage" will take you to your lion's heritage page.
-Along the top of the heritage page, it has sections for 'Parents', 'Grand-parents', etc.
-Each column counts as one generation--so a G2 lion means they are the second gen of their parents(they don't have grand-parents or anything else before that). You count your lion in the generation count, so example: a lion with grand parents and parents would be G3 since grandparents+parents+your lion=3 generations
-G0=no heritage. Your lion is basically the first of their lineage! This includes chased lionesses or male groupies(from the May event).
-If you have a lion with a long heritage, you'll have to click through the farthest right ancestors to check those lions' heritages in order to count how many total generations your lion is. Highest gen count is your lion's heritage!

-BO=breed only. This refers to breed-only traits, which includes markings, skin, eyes, mane shape & color, and some bases. These can only be passed through breeding(some items help pass BO traits!)
-This is a great guide to breed only traits, all in once place! (clickable link)
-This section of the wiki also details all parts of a lion's appearance, with sections about breed only traits.
