Definitely worth asking, the mods often are developing new powers and such that us as players won't know, I've known them to do this for a handful of players personally. They'll likely de-age to 1y11m, get you to sex change, then age up to 2ys again, at least that's how it was done for my friends.

There are a lot of complications so make sure you DONT use that lion in any way of activity, NO hunting, NO breeding, NO broodmothering, NO activity whatsoever there are SO many variables that its impossible to say if mods will be able to reverse it or not.
